We then sub-let your property to our pool of tenants to make a small profit each month for our service. This ensures a consistent income stream for you, without the typical fluctuations and risks associated with traditional property rentals. We handle all aspects of property management, including finding and managing tenants, so you enjoy hassle-free rental income.
How do you determine the amount of rent I will receive?
The rental value is determined after a comprehensive risk assessment of your property which is based on a number of factors to include location, size, condition, and current market rates. Our aim is to ensure that you receive a competitive and fair rent that reflects the true value of your property.
How long is the rental contract?
Our typical contract duration ranges from 1 to 3 years, providing flexibility and security for both parties. We believe in building long-term relationships with our property owners, ensuring a partnership that is mutually rewarding.
What does your property management service include?
Our service covers everything needed to keep your property in top condition. This includes property maintenance, cleaning, tenant sourcing and management, and ensuring compliance with any legal and safety standards. We also offer additional services like interior design advice and renovations to enhance the luxury appeal of your property.
What fees do you charge for your services?
Unlike traditional property management companies we do not charge any management fees. We take full responsibility for your property, providing you with guaranteed rent and we do not have any hidden charges.
